ULD Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs to aircraft Unit Load Devices (ULD) per all applicable guidelines and requirements.
• Understands repair procedures as outlined in the repair manuals and performs all repairs per the guidelines.
• Able to meet minimum productivity goals consistently.
• Solid and blind rivet installation and removal
• Cutting and grinding aluminum
• Component removal and replacement
• Use of basic hand & power tools
• Excellent mechanical aptitude

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential function of the position
• A valid clear driver's license
