Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and long-term planning for timekeeping and scheduling
- Arcitect complex configurations and drive design initiatives
- Advise leadership on best practices and roadmap alignment
- Establish functional standards and documentation
- Coach and train the functional analyst team
- Lead enterprise initiatives and major system releases
- Serve as subject-matter expert for audits and governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in UKG Workforce Management functional configuration
- One or more Intermediate UKG WFM badges
- Proven track record in driving enterprise-level configuration strategy
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or comparable experience)
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 2-3 years of experience at the company preferred
