About the role
You will lead concrete-repair projects across the Netherlands, from preparation to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise skilled workers on site
- Monitor planning, quality, safety, and costs
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, and materials
- Document progress and additional work
Requirements
- MBO (vocational) degree in Construction or equivalent
- Experience in construction or concrete repair
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
- VCA-VOL certification and a B(E) driving licence
