About the role

As a beginning supervisor, you are the right hand of the project leader and the link between the office, the client, and the field team. You will learn the trade in practice and grow step by step into an independent role as a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Plan the work activities and ensure the daily planning is achieved.
• Share responsibility for the management, direction, and execution of multi-year contracts.
• Ensure a safe working environment and support employees in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain contact with clients.
• Demonstrate financial insight within the framework of the budget.
• Uphold the company’s core values in your projects: quality, customer-friendliness, flexibility, people, and the environment.

Requirements

• A (nearly) completed ‘green’ MBO or HBO education.
• Strong digital skills.
• Basic proficiency in the English language.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new developments in the industry.
• Ability to effortlessly switch between colleagues, clients, and the public.
