UI/UX Manager

About the role

The UI/UX Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and development of user interfaces and experiences across all company platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire UI/UX design process from concept to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers
• Ensure consistency in visual identity and user experience across all products
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field
• Proven track record of successful projects and client satisfaction
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Experience with web technologies and responsive design
• Knowledge of user research methods and A/B testing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
