About The Company Workada produces high-quality labeled data that helps advanced technology systems interpret information and handle real-world tasks. Our team reviews, categorizes, evaluates, and quality-checks digital content with care and consistency. The work supports the development and improvement of systems that rely on accurate examples to understand text, images, and documents. At Workada, attention to detail and dependable judgment are essential to producing useful, trustworthy data. About The Role Workada is seeking detail-oriented contractors to review and label digital content. This opportunity is open to applicants with a UI/UX design background, as well as people with experience in research, writing, data annotation, operations, or related fields. Please note that the core work is content review and labeling; it is not a UI/UX design position. The role may suit someone who enjoys examining information, applying clear criteria, and completing focused tasks independently. You will work with materials such as text, images, and documents, following project-specific instructions to categorize or evaluate content. Each completed task contributes to datasets used to improve how technology recognizes, organizes, and responds to information. Work is remote and flexible, with project needs, task availability, and deadlines varying over time. Contractors should be comfortable learning new guidelines and adjusting to different content types and workflows. Qualifications Successful applicants are careful readers who take quality seriously and can apply detailed instructions consistently. Strong written communication and sound judgment are important, as is the ability to identify relevant details without making unsupported assumptions. Previous experience in data labeling, annotation, research, writing, operations, or UI/UX design may be helpful, but it is not required. Training and task guidelines will be provided. To perform this work, you should have reliable internet access and a computer, be comfortable using web-based tools or online forms, and be able to work independently. You should also be organized, responsive to project communications, and capable of managing your time so assigned tasks are completed by applicable deadlines. A willingness to ask for clarification when instructions are unclear is valuable. Responsibilities Review digital content, including text, images, and documents, and label or categorize it according to the instructions provided. Evaluate content using defined criteria, maintain consistency across tasks, and check your work for completeness and accuracy before submission. Follow project guidelines, protect the confidentiality of materials you encounter, and raise questions when information or instructions are ambiguous. Manage assigned work independently, meet agreed deadlines, and respond professionally to relevant feedback. Apply updates to guidelines as projects evolve and use available tools to submit work correctly. Benefits Workada offers remote, flexible contract work, along with clear project guidelines and training to help you understand task expectations. Contractors receive performance feedback and may have opportunities to develop their skills and take on additional project work as needs allow. You will contribute to a mission-driven team focused on accuracy and quality, while building practical experience with digital content evaluation. Work schedules and task volume may vary according to project requirements. Equal Opportunity Workada is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome applicants from a range of professional and educational backgrounds and are committed to fair consideration. Employment decisions are based on role-related qualifications, project requirements, and applicable law.
