UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis in the United States. Our client is a forward-thinking organization looking for a creative individual to design and shape unique, user-centered products and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organization.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they look like.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
• Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Pay

$75,002 - $190,000 USD per annum, dependent on experience.
