UI/UX Designer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces. They will collaborate closely with the development and design teams to ensure intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex, data-heavy interfaces (maps, dashboards, feeds)
• Create states (loading, error, empty, live)
• Design multi-step workflows
• Design real-time data behavior
• Design multi-feature or multi-app platforms
• Simplify complex workflows without losing functionality
• Think in end-to-end user flows, not just screens
• Build and enforce a design system across multiple apps
• Work fast without sacrificing clarity
• Produce developer-ready designs
• Communicate clearly with engineers
• Comfortable in Agile / fast-moving teams
• Ask 'why' before designing
• Push back when something doesn't make sense
• Understand tradeoffs (speed vs usability, power vs simplicity)
• Take vague and ambiguous ideas and turn them into structured designs
• Show problem-solution thinking
• Explain decisions clearly
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements
• Direct communicator
