UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating customer needs into engaging and intuitive user experiences. Your primary focus will be designing visually appealing interfaces that enhance usability and drive user satisfaction. Collaborating closely with product managers and creative directors, you will conduct research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, and create visual assets that align with our brand and product vision. Your designs will serve as the blueprint for our development team to bring to life, making a tangible impact on our product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficient copywriting skills in English
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography
• Experience with user journey analysis and design systems
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools (preferably on Mac)
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into comprehensive user journeys and engaging interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and creative directors to research, design, and prototype new user experiences
• Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and flows
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for seamless implementation
• Present and communicate design concepts and deliverables effectively to team members and executives
• Analyze user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Work with design systems and symbol libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes
