About the role
The role involves overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with contractor regulations in a construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee safety training programs for contractors and employees.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report findings to management.
- Develop and implement new safety policies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety and compliance roles.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software.
