Responsibilities
- Conduct UCC/Tax Lien/Judgment searches and filings for clients.
- Utilize research portals and vendors to obtain search results.
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, managing orders and processing search results.
- Create and manage client orders using an order management system.
- Collaborate with team members on client order requests.
- Obtain and review Secretary of State documents from online portals and external vendors.
- Review data accuracy of client deliverables.
- Interact with clients to gather financial or entity-related information.
Requirements
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent (preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience working in public records research services companies specializing in Uniform Commercial Code.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong spelling and grammar skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Positive, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $25.73–$28/hour. This range is specific to Delaware and may not be applicable to other locations.
