About the role
Join our expanding network of uBreakiFix retail stores, dedicated to providing device repair services within local communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals of all skill levels to lead a team in driving sales, customer service, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable for their performance.
- Demonstrate an understanding of sales behaviors and customer service best practices, ensuring Technicians are well-versed in the Connected Home product and the "Serve, Solve, and Sell" approach.
- Train and develop the Tech team.
- Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.
- Implement new processes.
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership.
- Learn and apply the details of the Connected Home product, understanding the customer's technology, and offering and selling protection/tech support solutions.
- Consult with customers to identify issues or explain repair procedures.
- Repair devices, addressing cracked glass, and conducting pre- and post-repair testing.
- Apply sales experience to consistently promote the Connected Home product and employ the "Serve, Solve, and Sell" approach.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Highly recommended experience in sales and customer service.
- Essential experience with device repair, including computers, laptops, tablets, phones, hardware, software, and phone screen LCD replacement.
- Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with varying schedules. Working days and hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, and Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm.
