Join our expanding network of uBreakiFix retail stores, dedicated to providing device repair services within local communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals of all skill levels to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable for their performance.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales behaviors and customer service best practices; ensure Technicians are well-versed in the Connected Home product and the 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' approach.
• Train and develop the Tech team.
• Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.
• Implement new processes.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership.
• Learn and apply the details of the Connected Home product, understanding the customer's technology, and offering and selling protection/tech support solutions.
• Consult with customers to identify issues or explain repair procedures.
• Repair devices, addressing cracked glass, and conduct pre- and post-repair testing.
• Apply sales experience to consistently promote the Connected Home product and employ the 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' approach.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Highly recommended experience in sales and customer service.
• Essential experience with device repair, including computers, laptops, tablets, phones, hardware, software, and phone screen LCD replacement.
• Hands-on soldering experience is required.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Pay

Up to $17 per hour plus monthly incentives.

Schedule

Full-time position with varying schedules. Working days and hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, and Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm.
