About the role
We're looking for a User Acceptance Testing Analyst to own the final validation step before production releases. You'll translate business requirements into test plans, execute manual and exploratory testing, and clearly document results.
Responsibilities

- Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for clarity and completeness.
- Develop and execute UAT test cases, scripts, and data sets.
- Cook up and coordinate UAT cycles with business users and development teams.
- Track, triage, and verify issues through resolution.
- Document accurately and sign off on UAT documentation and reports.
- Provide clear defect reports with reproducible steps and impact analysis.
- Communicate UAT progress, risks, and readiness clearly to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to testing processes and environments.
- Collaborate with QA and development to strengthen validation coverage.
- Participate in retrospectives to improve test design and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAT, software QA, or business systems testing experience.
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test-tracking tools.
- The ability to create detailed, reproducible test documentation.
- Experience validating financial, data-driven, or workflow-heavy applications preferred.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with both business stakeholders and developers.

Schedule
