UA Coordinator | Medical Services

About the role

The UA Coordinator plays an important role in supporting quality client care through accurate sample collection and documentation. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality will help ensure reliable testing while contributing to a safe, respectful experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Observes and collects urine samples according to DOT standards
• Labels, documents, and prepares samples for processing
• Fulfills Universal Precautions and all OSHA standards when handling samples
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and private collection space
• Follows agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment including assessments, care plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client care
• Adheres to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations
• Strictly adheres to HIPAA guidelines
• Meets direct care expectations
• Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and/or other agency requirements

Skills

• CPR certification
• Valley de-escalation certification

Benefits

• Compensation: Range starts at $16.00 hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
