U14 Head Coach
Ski Coaching
Provide top notch competitive ski coaching to membership and guests.
Work with Snowsports Manager and Departments to provide continuity and consistency across all programs while instilling a life-long love for winter sports in all.
Collaborate with Management and Operations Staff to ensure a top-notch venue, events, and program offerings.

- Tactics
Promote HoliMont and Snowsports.
Build and Maintain Seasonal Training and Racing Schedule in line with athlete development.
Oversee athletic development, progress, and tracking.
Design, Install, and Maintain Competition Venue, Environments, Courses, and Protective Measures.
Absorb and Assist with Set up, operation, and tear down of competition events.
Encourage and Assist Membership and Guests with Ski and Snowboard experience.
Assist Snowsports, Rental, and Management with Guest Service.
Attend Competition with athletes and families.
Qualifications
- USSS or Equivalent Certification Required
- Snowsports Instruction or Coaching Experience Welcomed
- Competition Background preferred
- Winter Sports Enthusiast
- Willing and able to coach outdoors in inclement winter weather
- Fit and able to perform skiing or riding while assisting guests into equipment, loading and unloading chairlifts, and down the mountain
- Some Lifting with assisting customers up and around the mountain
- Skiing and Riding with Competition Equipment

Hours
Winter Hours: Saturday and Sunday – Exhibition, Cascade, and Sunset 8am-4:30pm. All other lifts 9am-4:30pm
Monday – Friday All Lifts 9:30am-4:30pm
Summer Hours: Sunset Lift Only Saturday and Sunday – 10am – 4:30pm
Fridays – 12 – 7pm, Beginning June 20th
Christmas Week: Same as Weekend hours with exception of Christmas Day which is 12pm-4pm
Holidays (MLK and Presidents Day): Same as Weekend hours
