TYSON FOODS -ALBERTVILLE: ALL SHIFTS Refrigeration Maintenance

About the role

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Must perform other duties as tasked by administration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain refrigeration systems
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Read labels, recipes, and instructions
• Communicate effectively
• Perform additional duties as assigned by administration

Requirements

• At least 6 months of work experience in industrial maintenance or refrigeration maintenance within the last 12 months OR verifiable formal educational studies in a relevant industrial maintenance trade (documented in work history or resume)
• Experience can be a combination of employers, as long as it is within the past 12 months
• Rehires are subject to a 91-day wait period from their last date of employment
• Candidates who have worked for Tyson Foods or Tyson affiliates 3 or more times are not eligible for rehire
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Background checks are required for certain roles
