TX Associate Child & Family Therapist | Remote

About the role

We are looking for amazing pre-licensed therapists (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Texas team. Mental health for today’s family. We’re a family-first, virtual clinic focused on holistic, child-centered mental health support that’s as engaging as it is effective.

What You’ll Do

- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families - Lead clinical intakes, set treatment plans, and monitor client progress - Create engaging clinical content and assist with translating best practices into digital interventions - 1:1 meetings with supervisor and group supervision - Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR - Collaborate with the clinical team and offer feedback to improve our programs and services - Share your unique strengths through blogs and live events

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in child and family therapy; licensed in Texas (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) - Afternoon (after 3:30pm) or weekend availability - Strong clinical skills and creativity in designing therapy for young clients - At least 750 supervision hours remaining toward licensure
