About the role
The successful candidate will support students in grades K-5 at Winthrop Grade School, collaborating with special education teachers to provide direct support in both small groups and one-to-one settings.
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with special education teachers to meet students' unique needs in the general and special education setting.
- Support students with a wide variety of academic, functional, and behavioral needs.
- Work in district special education programs.
Qualifications
- Maine DOE Ed Tech III certification or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience working with special education students preferred.
- Safety Care Certification is a plus.
- Behavioral Health Professional preferred.
