About the Fellowship
The 2026 TWAS-CSIR Postgraduate Fellowship Programme, a collaboration between India's Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and The World Academy of Sciences (UNESCO-TWAS), offers fellowships to scholars from developing nations. The program is designed for individuals seeking to conduct PhD research in emerging fields of science and technology. Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a maximum of 35 years old by December 31 of the application year.
- Hold a Master's degree in a field of science and technology.
- Be a national of a developing country (other than India).
- Provide an official acceptance letter from a CSIR institute.
