TV Traffic Associate

About the role

The TV Traffic Associate plays a vital role in our company, collaborating with the sales and programming departments to ensure television programming and commercials are on the air. We are a family-owned, people-first business deeply rooted in our community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare minute-by-minute schedules for our television stations.
• Manage and schedule the company's programming, commercial, and promotional inventory.
• Enter program formats and copy for multiple TV stations and reconcile daily billing files for logged airtimes.

Requirements

• Loves working collaboratively with others.
• Service-oriented and able to handle multiple projects and requests with ease and enthusiasm.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience with MS Windows applications.
• Experience with TV traffic and WideOrbit is a plus.
