TV Photojournalist - WAVY-TV 10 (VB, Norfolk, Portsmouth)

WAVY-TV 10 / WVBT FOX43 is seeking a full-time TV Photojournalist to join our award-winning news team in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach market (#42). Coverage area spans from Williamsburg and the Eastern Shore of Virginia to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

About the role

We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, a strong visual sense for shooting TV news, and a passion for creative storytelling. You will produce content for television, social media, and wavy.com using Adobe Premiere Pro both in-station and in the field. All WAVY Photojournalists are issued their own equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in shooting TV news preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Good driving record required

Pay

Annual salary range: $42,000 – $46,000, commensurate with experience.
