About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to creating and managing accounts, providing personalized recommendations, and improving the platform based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV
• Create and manage user accounts
• Provide personalized recommendations of content, features, and Services
• Conduct research on social, economic, and sectoral employment and hiring trends
• Answer user inquiries, comments, and questions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the Services
• Manage security and prevent fraudulent or illegal activities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of employment and hiring trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and research
• Experience with user management and account creation
• Knowledge of employment-related data and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment and recruitment
• Experience with digital platforms and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
