Tutor: 2026-2027 School Year - Pepper Pike Campus

Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a part-time Intervention Aide for the Pepper Pike Campus, starting in the 2026-2027 School Year. Applicants should possess a vibrant Christian testimony, demonstrating a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith, and be excited about the great tradition of classical Christian education.

About the Role

This Intervention Aide will work with students, teachers, and parents to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges, implement targeted interventions, provide support and guidance, and collaborate with the Student Services Team to ensure student success.

Biblical Expectations

• Possess a Christian testimony demonstrating a personal, active, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and the mission to Cultivate Lifelong Learners Who Think and Live for Christ.
• Be involved in a local church that aligns with the mission and vision of HCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group support to students.
• In conjunction with the Student Services Coordinator, conduct progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and data on student progress and interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or similar field.
• Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Compassionate and Christ-centered approach.
