ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. We have location: Johnstown, Ohio; employment status: Full-Time. That's metadata, not a heading. We have description: "What does it mean to work at Steel Ceilings..." includes culture, benefits, etc. That could go under "About the role" maybe? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have a paragraph about culture and benefits. Could be "About the role" or "Benefits". The posting mentions benefits package: medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401k match, long-term disability coverage, vacation and sick time, and many more. Also personal development, working culture. So we can have a Benefits section with that list. We have Position Summary and then Essential Duties & Responsibilities (long list). That's responsibilities. We have sections: Independent Troubleshooting & Process Control, Quality Assurance, Tooling, Maintenance & Mechanical Knowledge, Safety & Compliance. Those could be part of responsibilities or separate sub-sections but we only need top-level headings. Could combine all duties under Responsibilities. We have Education & Experience (requirements). That's Requirements/Qualifications. We have Work Environment, Physical Demands (maybe part of Requirements or Qualifications). Could be under Requirements. We have "Why should you join Steel Ceilings..." that's more about company, could be About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company description under About the role. We have "About the location (Johnstown OH)" - location info, could be minor metadata, maybe put in a short p. We have no explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should NOT create Pay or Schedule sections. We have benefits info, so we can create Benefits section. We have responsibilities content, so Responsibilities section. We have requirements/qualifications, so Requirements section (or Qualifications). The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose either Requirements or Qualifications. Probably combine both into Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have Education & Experience, that's qualifications. Could use Qualifications heading. We also have Skills maybe implied but not explicit list. Could skip. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

About the role

... description about working at Steel Ceilings, culture, company overview, location maybe.

Responsibilities

  • ... list of duties.
We need to include all duties from Essential Duties & Responsibilities, plus the sub-sections (Independent Troubleshooting & Process Control, Quality Assurance, Tooling, Maintenance & Mechanical Knowledge, Safety & Compliance). We'll combine into a single list, but could also break into subheadings? Not allowed to create extra headings beyond the allowed list. So we just have one Responsibilities section with a list covering all duties. We need to ensure we don't lose any detail. That's a lot; we need to capture all bullet points. Could be long but okay. We'll produce
    with many
  • items, each representing a duty. We'll need to parse the text and break into sensible items. Let's extract duties: From "Essential Duties & Responsibilities": Advanced Setup & Machine Operation - Review work orders, job travelers, drawings, setup instructions, and material requirements before each production run. - Verify correct sheet-metal material type, thickness, dimensions, quantity, condition. - Load appropriate turret tooling, punches, dies, forming tools per job requirements and approved setup documentation. - Inspect tools for wear, damage, contamination, incorrect installation before use. - Install and align tooling accurately and confirm tool identification matches program and setup requirements. - Load or stage material safely using approved lifting and material-handling equipment. - Load correct CNC program and verify revision level, material settings, tool assignments, production parameters. - Perform a first-piece run and obtain required approval before beginning full production. - Operate Amada turret press equipment per approved work instructions, machine operating procedures, production schedules. - Monitor machine operation for proper feeding, punching, forming, part separation, scrap removal, tool performance. - Ensure material properly positioned and securely handled throughout production. - Adjust approved operating parameters as needed to maintain part quality and production efficiency. - Remove finished parts, skeletons, and scrap safely without damaging parts or creating safety hazards. - Track production quantities, downtime, scrap, material usage, job status accurately. - Communicate production concerns, delays, tooling issues, material shortages to supervisor timely. - Package, label, and stage completed parts per work order and handling requirements. Independent Troubleshooting & Process Control - Independently diagnose and correct common operating issues, including: - Perforation margin errors - Program issues and machine alarms - Hole misalignment or punched-hole defects - Material feed tracking problems and slug pulling - Burr formation - Tool wear or breakage - Material distortion and dimensional drift - Stop machine when necessary to prevent injury, equipment damage, or production of nonconforming parts. - Troubleshoot issues using approved procedures, machine documentation, operator training, verifying tooling condition, material orientation, program selection, setup accuracy, machine status. - Escalate issues beyond operator authority or training to supervisor, maintenance, programmer, quality personnel. - Document recurring machine, tooling, material, or quality problems to support corrective action and continuous improvement. - Optimize stroke rates and feed settings to balance quality and throughput, minimizing downtime through proactive adjustments and mechanical awareness across both long, high-speed production runs and short-run custom orders. Quality Assurance - Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, work instructions, inspection requirements. - Perform first-piece, in-process, final inspections using appropriate measuring tools (digital calipers, micrometers, tape measures, gauges, templates, go/no-go gauges) to ensure compliance with strict tolerances and Armstrong MetalWorks quality standards. - Verify part dimensions, hole locations, forms, bends, burr condition, surface condition, overall appearance, inspecting defects including incorrect hole size or location, tool marks, scratches, distortion, burrs, incomplete punches, improper forming. - Accurately record inspection results and production results as required by quality system and production documentation. - Segregate and clearly identify nonconforming material; notify supervisor or quality rep when defects identified, implement approved corrective actions promptly, verifying results through additional inspection. - Production metrics tracked and reported daily. Operators expected to meet established performance, scrap, efficiency standards. Tooling, Maintenance & Mechanical Knowledge - Perform routine daily and shift-based machine care per preventive-maintenance schedule, including cleaning, lubrication, visual inspection of turret press and associated equipment. - Check fluid levels, lubrication points, air supply, filters, other operator-accessible maintenance items as directed. - Understand die-based tooling systems and punch/die relationships; monitor tooling condition and identify wear patterns. - Clean, inspect, properly store punches, dies, forming tools; replace worn or damaged consumable items when authorized and trained. - Assist with installation and setup of newly purchased OEM pattern dies. - Keep turret press, tooling, work area, material-handling areas clean and free of debris. - Report unusual machine noise, vibration, leaks, alarms, tool wear, or other maintenance needs promptly, and assist maintenance personnel with service activities when requested and qualified. - Perform minor troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, control issues within operator authority to minimize downtime; collaborate with maintenance technicians for complex repairs or upgrades. Safety & Compliance - Follow all company safety policies, work instructions, applicable safety regulations. - Wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, arm guards, vest, safety footwear) as required. - Inspect work area and equipment before operation to identify unsafe conditions, damaged guards, potential hazards. - Verify that machine guards, interlocks, emergency stops, safety devices are functional before operating turret press. - Use proper material-handling practices when moving sheet metal, tooling, pallets, finished parts. - Maintain orderly work area free of scrap, sharp edges, oil, other hazards. - Immediately report injuries, near misses, damaged equipment, unsafe conditions to supervisor. - Follow lockout/tagout procedures when required for maintenance, adjustments, clearing hazards. Now Education & Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Prior hands-on experience operating CNC turret presses, punch presses, or similar sheet-metal fabrication equipment required; experience with Amada turret press equipment strongly preferred. - Ability to read work orders, shop drawings, basic mechanical prints. - Ability to use standard inspection and measuring tools accurately. - Solid understanding of CNC machine operation, tooling, material properties, sheet-metal fabrication practices. - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, measurements, tolerances. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently within established procedures. - Strong attention to detail, safety, quality, production requirements. Work Environment: - Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to extreme hot/cold temperatures, loud noise, dust, uneven walking surfaces, machine-related hazards. Physical Demands: - Frequent standing, walking, reaching, working with hands to handle materials and equipment. - Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling. - Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. - Must possess visual abilities including close, distance, peripheral, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus. We could put Work Environment and Physical Demands under Requirements or Qualifications as additional details. Now Benefits: - A benefits package including: medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401k match, long-term disability coverage, vacation and sick time, and many more. - Personal development to grow your career with us based on your strengths and interests. - A working culture that balances individual achievement with teamwork and collaboration. - We draw on each other's strengths and allow for different work styles to build engagement and satisfaction to deliver results. Also earlier: "Alongside a competitive remuneration package, you will receive:" then benefits list. We could also include "competitive remuneration package" but not specific pay. Now About the role: include the initial paragraph about what it means to work at Steel Ceilings, plus maybe the company description from "Why should you join Steel Ceilings..." and location info. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "It means being immersed in a supportive culture that recognizes you as a key player in Armstrong's future. We are a large company with a local feel, where you will get to know and collaborate with leadership and your colleagues across the company. By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to make the most of your potential. Alongside a competitive remuneration package, you will receive: A benefits package including: medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401k match, long-term disability coverage, vacation and sick time, and many more. Personal development to grow your career with us based on your strengths and interests. A working culture that balances individual achievement with teamwork and collaboration. We draw on each other's strengths and allow for different work styles to build engagement and satisfaction to deliver results." But we already have Benefits section separate; we might not repeat benefits in About the role. However About the role could be a brief summary of role and culture, not benefits. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine culture and benefits into About the role, and then have Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications). But we also need Benefits section if we
