Operator/Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of facility equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical systems.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Operate mobile and heavy equipment for transporting materials, personnel, and products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members in shipping and receiving to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Interest in acquiring knowledge of and operating heavy equipment.
• Operational Skills: Ability to travel occasionally, safely drive and operate machinery and pass federal background checks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Training: Factory certified training welding experience.
• Diagnostics Tools: Previous experience utilizing engine diagnostic tools.

Work Schedule & Attendance

• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliable attendance.

Physical Conditions

• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Frequent lifting and moving of up to 40 pounds is required.
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
