About the role
We are hiring a Turnkey Coordinator for Paradise Island, located in the Jacksonville area. A valid driver's license is required for this position. Responsibilities
- Complete work on vacant units for move-ins.
- Help manage day-to-day maintenance operations.
- Provide clerical support to the management team.
- Manage office procedures and scheduling.
- Oversee move-in/out keys and dates, as well as scheduled vendors.
- Manage resident requests via HappyCo.
- Coordinate with Service Technicians on service requests and maintain proper order of requests.
- Schedule future work with residents.
- Assist the administrative department with clerical duties, such as organizing work schedules.
- Perform callbacks for quality assurance of work.
- Process work orders, organize invoices, and assist admin staff with payroll.
- Perform office duties, including answering phones, emails, sending notices, and replying to messages.
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Facilitate communication between management and residents.
- Oversee and interpret the company's administrative policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively with residents and groups of employees.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities include close, distant, color, and peripheral vision.
