About the role

We are hiring a Turnkey Coordinator for Paradise Island, located in the Jacksonville area. A valid driver's license is required for this position. Responsibilities

  • Complete work on vacant units for move-ins.
  • Help manage day-to-day maintenance operations.
  • Provide clerical support to the management team.
  • Manage office procedures and scheduling.
  • Oversee move-in/out keys and dates, as well as scheduled vendors.
  • Manage resident requests via HappyCo.
  • Coordinate with Service Technicians on service requests and maintain proper order of requests.
  • Schedule future work with residents.
  • Assist the administrative department with clerical duties, such as organizing work schedules.
  • Perform callbacks for quality assurance of work.
  • Process work orders, organize invoices, and assist admin staff with payroll.
  • Perform office duties, including answering phones, emails, sending notices, and replying to messages.
  • Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Facilitate communication between management and residents.
  • Oversee and interpret the company's administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively with residents and groups of employees.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
  • Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities include close, distant, color, and peripheral vision.

Work Environment

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
