Turndown Attendant

About the role

The Turndown Attendant role is an essential member of the Housekeeping team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms by removing used towels and replacing them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Wiping down any wet services in the bathroom.
• Folding any clothing left in the room and placing it in the appropriate area.
• Restocking used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
• Providing a comfortable environment in the guest rooms by ensuring the room is ready for the guest to sleep in.
• Assisting with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant, and House Attendant.

Requirements

The Turndown Attendant position requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems. They should also be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
• A service passion for luxury hospitality.
• An attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of other team members.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems, and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork.
