Turndown Attendant

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Full Time Turndown Attendant to join their Housekeeping team. This role focuses on detail-oriented service, anticipating guest preferences, and delivering a personalized experience.

Responsibilities

• a designated number of occupied rooms during evening shifts, preparing them for turndown
• Replace used towels, refresh bathrooms, and ensure all surfaces are clean and presentable
• Prepare beds for evening comfort, adjust lighting, close drapes, and create a relaxing room ambiance
• Carefully handle and organize guest belongings, such as folding clothing when appropriate
• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas
• Restock guest amenities including toiletries and in-room supplies
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests as needed
• Perform full Room Attendant duties when required, including late check-out rooms
• Maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets stocked and organized
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate preferences to management
• Support other housekeeping functions during high volume periods

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience is an asset
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
