Turnaround (TA) Machinery Coordinator

HF Sinclair in Anacortes, WA is seeking a Machinery Turnaround Coordinator. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of all machinery scope for all site turnaround events. Excellence in job planning and execution, attention to task detail and sequencing, communications with production, maintenance, and supporting disciplines and strong interface with technical and procurement support groups are keys to success.

Responsibilities

• Working with the respective TA scope submitters to refine workscope, develop early estimates for machinery scope.
• Plan and estimate all machinery work for the TA, working with other craft lines and technical groups as needed.
• Estimate to include expected post-TA repairs and replacement parts purchases.
• Define and optimize schedule, with additional focus on any critical path work.
• Oversee all parts planning required for machinery scope, including both purchasing new and providing assurance for storehouse parts.
• Develop plans to manage any outside shop work during execution, including transportation, assurance, and schedule.
• Work with general and machinery contractors to develop TA execution strategy;
