About the role

Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain properties to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address issues to set a standard for our relationships with tenants.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, with a focus on property turnovers.
- Handle minor pre-renovation repairs, utility inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage move-in/out meetings and property turnovers.
- Maintain and document property conditions using handheld technology.
- Ability to perform light renovations ("turning" homes).
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on residential maintenance experience (including painting, cleaning, carpentry).
- Your own truck or van and hand tools (tool reimbursement and mileage compensation).
- Valid driver's license; live within a reasonable distance of the city.
- Background check.
- Experience with crawlspaces, slab houses, and lifting 50 lbs.
- Big plus: HVAC, electric, and plumbing experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and reliable individual.

Skills
- General Carpentry (painting, cleaning, laying LVP, sheetrock, drywall, etc.).
- Trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred but not required.
- Ability to "turn" homes (repairing/light renovation).
