Turn Assistant - Universirty Station (Student Living)
Job Description
Responsible for supporting the leasing or maintenance teams by assisting in various administrative tasks or technical and mechanical work to ensure performance goals are met in preparation of apartment turn season.
Performing Administrative Tasks
- Copies documents
- Fills resident files
- Prepares notices
- Handles resident calls
- Organizes rent payments and other collateral materials
Lease Preparation, Move-In, and Move-Out
- Prints all required lease paperwork
- Organizes resident lease files
On-Campus Marketing Outreach
- Generates community awareness and qualified traffic
Assisting with Resident Functions
- Participates in parties
- Welcomes new residents
- Visits units
- Supports other programs to enhance resident satisfaction
Maintaining Grounds, Common Areas, and Amenities
- Picks up trash and debris
- Pressure-washes breezeways and pool areas
- Performs general cleaning
- Paints curbs and signs as needed
- Performs touch-up paints for vacants and occupied units
- Ensures proper caulking and sealing around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $12.00 - $14.00 per hour. Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Bonuses
- Corporate Positions: Quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance
