Job Description
Responsible for supporting the leasing or maintenance teams by assisting in various administrative tasks or technical and mechanical work to ensure performance goals are met in preparation of apartment turn season.
Performing Administrative Tasks
- Copies documents
- Fills resident files
- Prepares notices
- Handles resident calls
- Organizes rent payments and other collateral materials
Affairs Support
- Lease preparation
- Mover-in/mover-out process
- Prints all required lease paperwork
- Organizes resident lease files
Marketing Outreach
- On-campus marketing outreach
- Generates community awareness and qualified traffic
Resident Functions
- Parties
- Welcome parties
- Unit visits
- Other programs to achieve resident satisfaction goals
Grounds Maintenance
- Pick up trash and debris
- Pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas
- Perform general cleaning
- Paint curbs and signage as needed
Touch-Up Work
- Apartment homes
- Ensure proper caulk and sealing around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers
Additional Compensation
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
