Turn Assistant - Haven at M (Student Living)

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the leasing or maintenance teams by assisting in various administrative tasks or technical and mechanical work to ensure performance goals are met in preparation of apartment turn season.

Performing Administrative Tasks

• Copies documents
• Fills resident files
• Prepares notices
• Handles resident calls
• Organizes rent payments and other collateral materials

Lease Preparation and Resident Functions

• Prints all required lease paperwork
• Organizes resident lease files
• Assists with lease preparation, move-in, and move-out processes
• Engages in on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic
• Supports resident functions such as parties, welcome parties, unit visits, and other programs to enhance resident satisfaction

Maintenance and Cleaning

• Picks up trash and debris
• Pressure-washes breezeways and pool areas
• Performs general cleaning
• Paints curbs and signs as needed
• Performs touch-up paints for vacants and occupied units
• Ensures proper caulking and sealing around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers

Additional Compensation
