TTI Power Equipment will host an onsite job fair on Thursday, August 27th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at 100 Innovation Way, Anderson, SC 29621. Interviews and offers will be conducted during the event.

About the role

Bilingual Customer Service Associates on 1st shift in the Anderson, SC office.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekend work required).

Pay

Starting at $17.11 per hour.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service, call center, or closely related field with in-bound call experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with callers
• Ability to handle irate callers and high-stress situations
• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to resolve issues with minimal management intervention
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (Access is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Respond accurately to consumer, service center, and distributor calls regarding company policies and procedures
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for callers
• Provide helpful direction to callers dealing with warranty and non-warranty service
• Resolve issues for authorized service centers or consumers while maintaining a flexible approach to enforcing policy
• Direct callers to locations for parts purchases and repair services
• Work with internal customers on warranty claims, stock issues, lost or damaged freight
• Enter orders, provide pricing, stock availability, and order status to customers
• Other duties as assigned
