Responsibilities

Operate a variety of tools and equipment while working in primarily outdoor conditions.

Operate various maintenance equipment, including commercial mowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and a variety of other building maintenance power and hand tools.

Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, mechanical repair, and painting duties.

Perform routine janitorial duties to maintain clean and safe facilities.

Collect and remove trash from facility grounds and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and appearance.

Communicate with the public to provide basic customer service and direct persons to appropriate solutions or answers.

Collaborate with team members by sharing technical knowledge and supporting group project completion.
