Trusts & Estates Senior Associate / Junior Partner

A growing, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join its established private client practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform with a defined succession plan, offering the incoming attorney the ability to develop relationships with existing clients and ultimately inherit a meaningful book of business. Responsibilities Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax planningDraft wills, trusts, and other sophisticated estate planning documentsCounsel clients on gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax mattersHandle trust and estate administration and related planning mattersDevelop relationships with existing clients and referral sourcesWork closely with senior attorneys as part of a long-term client succession and transition plan Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive Bar membership in good standing, or eligibility for admissionSignificant trusts & estates/private wealth experience, ideally at the senior associate or junior partner levelStrong estate planning, tax, and client counseling experienceExcellent drafting, communication, and relationship-building skillsInterest in business development and growing a long-term practicePortable business is welcomed but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
