Duties and Responsibilities:Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced estate planning documents.Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings.Handle contested trusts and estates matters and fiduciary litigation.Advise high-net-worth clients on wealth transfer, tax planning, and succession strategies. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active MA bar (multi-state a plus).3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.Experience with estate administration and planning for high-net-worth clients is preferred.
