What You'll Do
- Advising clients on comprehensive estate and wealth transfer strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Drafting estate planning documents tailored to complex family and business structures.
- Managing trust and estate administrations from inception to completion, including probate proceedings and fiduciary accountings.
- Providing guidance on tax-efficient planning, charitable giving, and business succession strategies.
- Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to ensure integrated client solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed and in good standing with The Illinois Bar.
- 3-5 years of focused experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin estate, trust, and tax law.
- Excellent drafting, research, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently with attention to detail and professionalism.
