Trusts & Estates Attorney (Remote Contract Engagement)
About the Role
Latitude is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to support one of its Am Law 100 law firm clients on a long-term remote contract engagement. This role will involve advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters, including the drafting and review of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of trusts and estates experience, preferably with a large, mid-sized, or sophisticated law firm
- Experience drafting and reviewing wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
- Outstanding references

Pay
The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference.
