Trusts & Estates Attorney - Hybrid Remote

About the role

This is a Trusts & Estates role based in the firm's Pittsburgh office, handling estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration for individual and business clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate and succession planning documents
• Structure estate tax planning strategies including revocable and irrevocable trusts, SLATs, and GRATs
• Advise clients directly on legal and tax issues tied to estate planning and administration
• Conduct legal research to identify and mitigate risk across client matters
• Support fiduciary duty, estate and trust, and family-related disputes
• Prepare inheritance tax returns and federal estate and gift tax returns

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Bar admission
• 3+ years trusts and estates experience with an estate planning and drafting focus

Qualifications

• Associate through Of Counsel considered
