Probate / Trust and Estates Attorney - Remote

About the role

Well established law firm in the LA area seeking an Associate to join their growing team. Immediate start available. The position can be performed hybrid (2 days in office) or fully remote, depending on candidate preference.

Responsibilities

• Handle trust and estate litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in California.

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 per year.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8‑hour days. Hybrid schedule (2 days in office) or fully remote.
