Probate / Trust and Estates Attorney - Remote

Fully remote role (must be licensed to practice in California). Law firm in Los Angeles hiring an Associate on a hybrid or fully remote basis.

About the role

This position is available immediately and can be structured as hybrid (2 days in office) or fully remote, depending on the candidate. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour days.

Responsibilities

• Handle trust and estate litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions, and other legal documents

Qualifications

Must be licensed to practice law in California.
