About the role

One of Northern New England's largest business and litigation law firms is seeking a Trusts & Estates attorney for its busy practice.

Responsibilities

• Experience drafting estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts
• Experience in probate and trust administration for high net-worth clients
• Experience preparing or assisting in the preparation of estate tax returns and gift tax returns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with high net-worth clients
• NH Bar Admission Required
• MA, ME, and/or VT Bar Admission a plus
