Trusts & Estates Attorney – New Jersey

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner-level attorney with 6+ years of Trusts & Estates experience to join the firm in our Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey offices.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling a broad range of Trusts & Estates matters, including:

• Drafting comprehensive estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and living wills)
• Handling trust and estate administration matters (probate, tax filings, accountings, and distributions)
• Advising clients on complex estate planning strategies, charitable gifting, tax planning, and corporate and succession planning, including LLC operating agreements

Requirements

• 6+ years of Trusts & Estates experience
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Admission to the New York Bar (a plus)

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000.
