Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents.
• Counsel clients on trust administration, probate, and estate settlement matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professional referral sources.
• Grow and manage an existing book of business while contributing to the firm's continued success.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable state.
• 5–10 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning strategies and trust administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business through an established client base or professional referral network.
• Ideal Candidate:
• Has an existing estate planning practice and portable book of business.
• Maintains relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, wealth managers, and other referral partners.
• Enjoys providing personalized, long-term counsel to individuals and families.
• Is entrepreneurial and eager to grow within a collaborative, well-supported firm.
