What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Trust Administration or Trust Officer experience
- Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, trust administration, estate planning concepts, and wealth management
- Experience managing client relationships and serving as the trusted advisor for high-net-worth clients
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a changing, growing environment
- Someone who enjoys building relationships—not just managing accounts
- Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and works well in a collaborative boutique setting
- CTFA designation is a plus but not required

About the Role
This is a highly visible role where professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship management are just as important as technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of trust accounts while ensuring compliance with fiduciary responsibilities and governing documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors
- Build long-term trusted relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Conduct client meetings and provide guidance regarding trust administration and fiduciary matters
- Cook up trust distributions, account reviews, and ongoing account maintenance
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and support future business growth
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives as the organization continues to evolve
- Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless client experience
- Stay current on trust regulations, fiduciary best practices, and industry developments
