Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a Trust & Estates Attorney, with a strong track record in estate planning, estate administration, probate law, and related tax issues
- Exceptional drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality legal documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical, solution-oriented advice
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in the field of trust and estate law
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
