Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in crafting personalized estate plans that ensure our clients' wishes are met and their loved ones are protected.
Responsibilities
- Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their unique needs and goals.
- Effectively communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in estate planning law.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.
Qualifications
- You are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Caregiving and empathetic demeanor.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

Schedule
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid: Remote and Cary, NC
Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations.
