About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Trust & Estates Associate to join our team in Concord. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of relevant experience, a thorough understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Location: Concord, United States. Work mode: Work from Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents
• Advise clients on tax implications and asset protection strategies
• Administer estates and trusts from inception through final distribution
• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of trust & estates law experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state laws governing trusts and estates
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases concurrently
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active bar membership in good standing
